I didn't receive my briefing today. +
First, please check your "Promotions" or "Spam" folder. If it's not there, ensure your Timezone and Delivery Time are set correctly in your Dashboard settings. Briefings trigger based on your local time.
What is your refund policy? +
We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first payment. Just drop us a message using the form above with your account email, and we'll process it immediately.
Do you offer plans for teams? +
We are currently piloting "Briefline for Teams" which includes shared workspaces and team-wide availability summaries. Please email partners@briefline.app for early access.
How do I disconnect my Google Account? +
You can instantly revoke access from the 'Settings' dashboard by clicking 'Disconnect'. Alternatively, you can remove Briefline directly from your Google Account security permissions page.
